Central High School - Novi, MI
Complete planning, design and
construction of a new campus for an all-male college preparatory high
school operated by the Basilian Fathers. The campus sits on 60 acres of
wooded land and includes a school/academic center, tennis courts, and
athletic fields including a 4,500-seat stadium.
Market Place - Rochester Hills, MI
Reclamation of a 105 acre site that had
environmental and soil concerns. Complete design of the main collector
road, utilities, retail and restaurant components and adjacent parking
lots. Major tenants include Wal-mart, Meijer and PetSmart.
Comcast Operations Center - Plymouth Township,
The 16 acre site is located in the Metro
Plymouth Business Park. The site includes a 103,000 s.f. building and
parking lots. To enhance the environmentally responsible design,
rain gardens were incorporated to improve local water quality and create
a beautiful natural habitat that attracts wildlife.
St. Mary Mercy Hospital Cancer Center
- Livonia, MI
The state of the art cancer center
addition is located adjacent to the existing hospital building. Green
technology was incorporated in the design in concert with the client,
architect and landscape architect. Complete design services were
Fox Run - Novi, MI
Complete planning, design and
construction of a 102 acre senior living campus. The design includes a
main loop road which provides access to the various neighborhoods while
preserving the extensive wetlands and woodlands for the benefit of the
community. The site includes fourteen 4 - 5 story residential buildings,
three community buildings, two parking structures and an assisted living
Brush Park Neighborhood - Detroit, MI
The historic Brush Park neighborhood
fell into disrepair and was mostly abandoned. Redevelopment of the 24
block district included design of the roads and utilities for over four
hundred condominium units, restoration of existing mansions and
construction of a senior living facility.
Word of Faith Christian Center -
The 109 acre site incorporates a former
historic seminary and grounds. Complete design was included for a 5,000
seat sanctuary addition as well as extensive additions and repairs to
the parking lots, utilities and athletic fields.
Technical and Industrial Buildings
Faurecia Technical Center - Auburn
The 99,000 s.f. North America
headquarters technical and design center is located in the Auburn
Business Park. Complete design of the site included building, paving,
underground utilities and preparation of the exhibit "B" condominium
documents for recordation with the master deed.
Single Family Residential
Chelsea Park Subdivision - West Bloomfield Twp., MI
The site is located on 225 rolling acres
with extensive wetlands and woodlands. Complete planning, design, and
construction of a 310 lot
subdivision were included. The project received numerous awards for
planning, storm water management and wetland/woodland preservation.
Midtown Square - Troy, MI
The project includes three hundred
townhomes located on the site of a former automotive plant. The
townhomes are part of an overall 79 acre parcel which includes a 580,000
s.f. retail complex. Major tenets include Target, Kohl's and Home Depot.
Complete planning, design and construction of the townhomes, retail
complex and Coolidge Road improvements were included.
Fire Station - Madison Heights, MI
The project includes a 20,000 s.f. building with five bays. An
underground storm water detention system was designed to maximize the
usable area. Complete design of the site including building, pavement,
underground facilities were included.
Town Square Streetscape - Northville, MI
The City of Northville streetscape improvements included the
re-configuration of the Town Square and Main Street. The project
required closure and removal of an existing cross street. Design
services were coordinated with the landscape architect and the Downtown
Sports and Recreation
Liberty Park of America - Sterling Heights, MI
The site encompasses 50 acres including a county drain which traverses
the site. The complex consists of eleven softball fields, golf dome and
indoor practice facilities. The project required complete planning,
design and construction services as well as coordination and permitting
for work adjacent to the county drain.
Private Residence - Bloomfield
This custom home required a detailed survey of the existing conditions
and coordination with the owner, builder, architect and landscape
architect. Attention to details were essential in the design and
construction of the residence.
